Lester JONES

Lester heads up the UK Consultant team for Talan Data UK (previously Business Data Partners). One of the founders of Business Data Partners (BDP) in 2015, Lester continues to be part of the UK Exco defining, shaping and improving the strategy for the Company while supporting the continued integration with Talan.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in Banking and Finance, Lester began his career with Bank of Scotland as a developer working with front end and backend systems before moving into Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Moving into consultancy and client management Lester led numerous projects while growing regional and national consultancy teams through his extensive network of contacts. Having lived in Paris, Lester has been known to reach into the depths of his memory to chat with our French colleagues and if you’re lucky you might hear some Portuguese!
