Charlene MCLAUGHLAN

Since graduating in 2004, Charlene has spent her entire career dedicated to Sales and Client Management. Having started in Telco infrastructure sales, Charlene entered the world of data and analytics with Business & Decision in August 2011 and hasn’t looked back. Originally from Scotland, Charlene moved to London in 2015 and joined a start up, Business Data Partners which has now become part of the Talan Group.

Charlene looks after a number of key client accounts in the UK mainly in the Financial Services sector and is responsible for growing Talan’s UK client base. Charlene enjoys the varying aspects of her role; no day is the same and all clients have their own unique challenges and perspectives which means constantly needing to adapt and provide innovative solutions.
