Recently, we developed a "virtual doctor" to assist medical teams during their consultations.

Activities carried out
One of the projects undertaken as part of the Gen AI deployment at Ramsay was the creation of a "virtual doctor" to provide physicians with a second opinion, particularly during consultations. The approach was as follows:
- Implementation of a secure LLM infrastructure accessible only to physicians
- Development of prompts and algorithms dedicated to medical diagnosis
- Testing and improving the accuracy and reliability of the "virtual doctor"
- Strengthening developments to comply with all regulatory and confidentiality requirements
- Gradual deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the application
Results Achieved
The "virtual doctor" is one of the flagship GenAI applications at Ramsay Santé. It has enabled the widespread deployment of this technology across all employees. Today, deployments and evaluations are underway in every department of the company, allowing each team to enhance efficiency through their own specific use cases.
Thanks to the "virtual doctor" example, the adoption of this technology has been extended to all employees. Ongoing deployments and assessments in various departments ensure that each team gains efficiency, supporting and informing their decision-making processes.
