Talan is helping the Ramsay Santé group to train its employees in generative AI. Thus, with the teams of the Data and Innovation Department, an "agent" has been developed with the aim of gradually supporting all the Group's businesses in their activities.

For several years, we have been working together to imagine, create and implement solutions to make life easier for operational and medical teams.
Recently, we've been working on training teams in the use of generative AI. Then, with a team of 'champions' and ambassadors, we identified use cases to improve all the company's activities.
An "augmented assistant" to convince medical teams.
Within health establishments, doctors are often the hardest to convince to use new technologies. So the teams in charge of medical innovation came up with the idea of creating an "augmented assistant" to help them understand and encourage them to use generative AI.

Activities carried out
The "augmented assistant" enable doctors to ask an agent for a second opinion. The design process was as follows:
- Setting up a secure LLM infrastructure accessible only to doctors
- Development of prompts and algorithms dedicated to medical diagnosis
- Testing and improving the accuracy and reliability of the "virtual doctor
- Reinforcement of developments to comply with all regulatory and confidentiality constraints
- Progressive roll-out, monitoring and continuous improvement of the application
Results Achieved
The "augmented assistant" is one of the flagship GenAI applications at Ramsay Santé. It has enabled the widespread deployment of this technology across all employees. Today, deployments and evaluations are underway in every department of the company, allowing each team to enhance efficiency through their own specific use cases.
