In a world where technological innovation and the research that underpins it, particularly in a company like Talan where it plays a predominant role, it is important to consider its potential impacts in a more challenging society.

Our responsibility as Talan's Group researchers is not just to expand knowledge, but also to share it, thereby contributing to the deployment of a qualified expertise to support the services provided by the group. This responsibility cannot be fulfilled without a bond of trust with the Group and all the stakeholders of its services, that is to say, society as a whole.

Our deontological and ethical approach relies on Talan’s Charter for Research and Innovation and its Employee Code of Conduct. Furthermore, we developed a detailed list of the required actions and verifications to be implemented systematically at the launch of a research project.

We are still relying our work on reference documents regarding research ethics and scientific integrity in France and Europe

such as the European Charter for Researchers – The Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (2005) and the European code of conduct for research integrity (ESF-ALLEA, 2011).

By taking as a model the requirements to which public services actors are subject to, we want to affirm our commitment to these values along with Talan’s values.
