Founded in 1989, Carmignac is one of Europe's leading financial asset management firms.

Creation of the Automation Services Centre
In March 2021, Carmignac & Talan became partners following a tender to integrate intelligent automation within the company. Pilot projects quickly proved successful and accelerated the establishment of the Service Centre:
- Implementation of governance and fundamental roles within the Service Centre
- Setup of technical foundation, licenses & infrastructure
- Awareness raising across departments, Topic qualification, Diagnostics & roadmap enrichment
- Implementation of initial automation projects
- Establishment of a maintenance system

Intelligent automation for premium service.
Through this approach, an intelligent and innovative automation - called 'NAV Monitoring' - was implemented to strengthen financial data quality control and reduce the time-to-market for publishing the group's net asset values to its clients.
The UiPath automation enables monitoring and enhancing the performance of the net asset value publication process, delivering Premium service quality in a value chain at the heart of the Asset Manager's business. This example, implemented in 2021, illustrates one case among the dozen high value-added automated processes implemented within the company.

Intelligent automation enhances team capabilities by handling activities that were previously impossible for them to complete. The most tedious activities for employees are sourcing scattered data from information systems or external sources, data cleaning, information consolidation and formatting.
