As a Data/Business Analyst, your mission will be to transfer user requirements to the team, do the functional design and validation of a regulatory application.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

·      You will define the business logic of a Big Data system to achieve financial regulatory requirements.

·      You will act as an expert across multiple projects, guiding the teams and conducts business research and analysis tasks as necessary

·      You will support the business and functions in assessing current state operating model and translating it into target operating models.

·      You will use SQL to analyze data, create/recreate reports/solutions according to the specifications of the requirements agreed with the users.

·      You will use SQL to validate data quality of implemented solutions.

·      You will create competitive environment to set high standards, encourages and supports continual improvements within the team.

·      You will create Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documentation (FSDs).

·      You will use Scrum methodology, and be part of a high performance team.

·      You will document your solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM.

Required qualifications:

·      Excellent knowledge of SQL (there will be a test/case to do during the video call, so please make sure your SQL skills are at very good level)

·      Significant Business Analysis or Product Management experience (IT, 3+ years, multiple organizations)

·      Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

·      Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills

·      Very good command of English (at least B2+)

Preferred qualifications:

·      You have worked with software development teams directly

·      Experience working in SCRUM or other Agile framework

·      University background oriented to financial/business

·      Knowledge of Excel at a medium user level

·      Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organizations

·      Basic knowledge of Big Data/spark/cloud environments

·      Spanish will be a plus

·      Certification of Competency in Business Analysis would be a plus

·      Some knowledge of CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence, Automated Testing tools would be a plus
