Talan Group announces the acquisition of Nine Feet Tall
Talan Group strengthens its presence in the United Kingdom and accelerates international growth with the acquisition of Nine Feet Tall.
Paris, 25 September 2024 - Talan, an international group specialising in consulting and technological expertise that accelerates its clients' transformation through technology, innovation and data, continues its international development with the acquisition of Nine Feet Tall (9FT) based in the United Kingdom.
Founded in 2004, 9FT is a consulting firm specialising in the implementation of complex changes combining human and technological expertise, particularly in the implementation of ERP and digital programmes. With 50 consultants based in London, Manchester and Bath, 9FT has built solid partnerships with major partners such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, and others. This merger will create a new entity of nearly 400 employees in the British market and will allow the Talan group to continue strengthening its customer proximity and intervention capacity.
Following the recent announcements of planned acquisitions of Micropole and Coexya in France, this operation in the United Kingdom marks a new stage in the Talan group's growth strategy, which aims to strengthen its international footprint. Talan aims to reach a workforce of over 7,000 employees and achieve a turnover of more than 850 million euros by the end of 2024.
The transaction is subject to customary prior regulatory conditions and approvals. The completion of the transaction is expected in the last quarter of 2024.
