The tech sector is particularly exposed to the challenges of attracting and retaining talent.

With this list, Great Place to Work wanted to highlight tech companies that offer a high-level employer brand, and consistent with the perception of their employees.

Based on the companies that carried out the Trust Index survey in France in 2023, in the information technology sector, they selected the top 25 certified companies with fewer than 250 employees, and the top 25 certified companies with more than 250 employees (criterion: Trust Index survey score).
