Job Description
As a Scrum Master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, leveraging metrics to measure execution, identify inefficiencies in the team’s way of working, report product progress to senior management, and ensure the punctuality and quality of deliverables.
We need someone like you to help us in several areas:
Maintain a Jira backlog in line with the Product Owner’s specifications, properly updated and aligned with the team.
Identify and manage dependency tracking (both internal and third-party) based on business requirements.
Identify and manage the unblocking of issues.
Generate metrics.
Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain product governance, ensuring the Product Owner, functional lead, and hierarchical lead in COO are informed about status, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate the global collection of requirements and product implementation.
Collaborate with the product team in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transactional banking.
Skills & Knowledge:
English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
Agile methodologies
Transactional banking
SWIFT messaging, ISO20022
Basic programming knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
