We are seeking a Senior Observability Engineer to lead the technical implementation of advanced observability capabilities on our Dynatrace SaaS platform and Elastic, with a clear focus on functional processes, operational efficiency, and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced Dynatrace configuration (Full-Stack, DEM, Synthetic Monitoring, Smartscape, Davis AI).
• Design complex DQL (Dynatrace Query Language) queries on Grail.
• Integration of data sources from Elastic to enhance functional visibility.
• Development of automations and scripts (preferably in Python) for onboarding, tagging, dashboards, and correlations. 
• Implementation and maintenance of key business-oriented metrics (KPIs and SLOs).
• Technical support in defining alerting strategies, self-diagnosis, and remediation workflows.
• Collaborative work with architects, SREs, functional analysts, and regional teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace (preferably in a SaaS environment).
• Strong knowledge of Elastic and its ecosystem (Logstash, Kibana, Beats).
•  Coding experience (Python, REST APIs).
• B2 English level (fluency in technical environments and global meetings).
• Knowledge of functional observability models and process-oriented metrics.
• Experience in financial environments is a plus.
