Could you briefly introduce yourself?
I have a Master’s from Polytech in Angers, France. I have been project manager for almost 10 years. The banking sector is where I have the most experience but I have also worked in the aerospace, defence and transport industry for an electronic company.
During these 10 years, I managed projects in digital transformation and acquired skills in financial management as well as organizational cost controls.
What was your prior mission as Project Manager?
For this project, I managed a transformation project called Smartsourcing within a leading global financial services firm in Paris. I was in charge of the offshoring project (London, Mumbai, and Lisbon).
Managing all aspects of the project, from the coordination of the completion of the scope, the respect of the budget to leading financial steering committees were my principal tasks.
Finally, I also improved my expertise, as Project Manager, to strategically decommission the applications on the transformation program. It's called Clean IT and managed the launch of DEVOPS within the group.
