HEINEKEN France chooses Talan to optimise its processes

Talan supports HEINEKEN in the digitalization of its customer order management and analysis processes thanks to the solutions of its partners UiPath, OutSystems and Microsoft.

In the coming months, Talan and HEINEKEN will work together to digitalize the company’s customer order management processes

This digitization project has multiple objectives. Firstly, to simplify, secure and automate, as far as possible, the order management process to reduce handling and processing times. 

Secondly, to free up timefor the teams to allow them to devote themselves to activities with higher added value and thus improve customer satisfaction. 

And finally, to support the upskilling of the company and its business users (Citizens Developers) on RPA and Low Code technological levers. 

To do this, HEINEKEN entrusts TALAN with the creation of a Low Code application via the OutSystems framework, combined with UiPath's RPA processes and Microsoft's Power BI Analysis tools. 

With this collaboration, the agile system will make it easier to take into account the expectations of future users throughout the project.
