Mandatory requirements:

• 3-5 years of exp as business and system analyst in IT project in Agile environment
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Experience in the financial/banking sector
• Familiarity with treasury products (FX transaction, bonds, IR derivatives)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Experience in using Jira/Confluence
• Familiarity with SQL or ability to read/understand PL/SQL codes

Nice to have:

• Understanding of accounting and settlement processes
• Experience working with systems such as GBO or Murex
• Polish language at B2 level
