Mobility and Logistics: informed HR decisions thanks to data visualisation.


Our customer is a global mobility and logistics company. It noted that its decision-making systems no longer met the uses of end-users, and did not provide a single vision of the company. 

Our customer therefore asked us redesign all HR management systems with the following guidelines: 

  • put end-users at the heart of the system, 
  • introduce an agile organisation,
  • restore confidence in the figures.


The Talan Data teams helped to: 

  • select the data visualisation tool and Self-Service BI (Business Intelligence) system; 
  • design and produce the entire management platform and provide end-user support. 

Business function staff widely embraced the system thanks to its ease of navigation and analysis using the visualisation system. Confidence in the figures was restored by allowing end-users to use the system to analyse at a finer level of detail.
