Talan merges with Planaxis | Groupaxis and boosts its international profile

Talan announces its merge with Planaxis I Groupaxis.

The Talan group announces its merger with Planaxis | Groupaxis, a consultancy and services firm specialized in supporting the transformation of big companies in France and Canada.

With more than 40 consultants in Paris and 80 in Montreal, Planaxis | Groupaxis will enable the Talan group to reinforce its presence in Canada, to become one of the leaders in the sector in North America and consolidate its business portfolio in the Finance sector in France, by surrounding itself with experts in means of payment and cash flow, SWIFT, risks and market activities.

Following this merger, the Planaxis | Groupaxis teams are joining the international business unit of Talan, headed by Mikaël Thépaut. The two founders, Jean-François D'Amour and Pascal Moreau, along with all the partners, now become partners of the Talan group.
