Implement the programme aimed at transforming the HR sector and offering users a better experience.​


As part of its overall transformation of the HR sector, our client wished to deploy solutions aimed at harmonising, optimising and digitising its HR activities. This project was structured around three major issues: 

  • Simplify the HR procedures of all users
  • Optimise the activities of the HR sector​
  • Secure data​ for all users concerned 

The project required an excellent knowledge of the trades and organisation of the HR sector, as well as the different trades of each branch of the Group in order to provide expertise for the implementation of optimised HR administrative services​.

Deployment throughout the country based on solid technical knowledge.​

  • Leading the agile transformation of teams and ensuring the implementation of the overall program management system​
  • Implementing new HR services from the needs gathering phase to monitoring of deployment​

  • Harmonise and simplify HR practices by taking into account specific legal constraints​
  • Deploy an ambitious roadmap of simplified services and new services by combining work​​
  • Design and implement steering support methods and tools enabling inclusion of all stakeholders (25 to 30 people for each project)​​
