Diversity and collective intelligence as levers for cultural transformation

Last week we had the opportunity to put into practice the essence of Collective Intelligence in the Round Table we shared with Raquel Gavilán (Business Transformation Expert at Talan), María José Fonseca (Business Transformation Coach at Talan), María Alvarez de Linera (Director of Talent, Culture and Organisation at ISDI), Dinorah Hurtado (Agile Coach at Endesa), and Edgardo Alifano (Director of Internal Audit at Arigold). 

Many thanks to speakers and participants for co-creating and sharing this fan-tastic experience!

We started the session with the contribution of Dinorah Hurtado who made us reflect on the impact of diversity in the Organisational Ecosystem and how it is the difference and not the coincidence:

"It is difference, not coincidence, that confronts us with situations that challenge us and push us to build something better",

We continued moving forward and Maria Alvarez de Linera and Edgardo Alifano, mentioned concepts such as #Learnability and #Psycologicalsa-fety competence, as fundamental levers in the organisations that best adapt to change.

This, together with Artificial Intelligence and the promotion of global job opportunities, will continue to be key factors in positioning oneself in a constantly changing environment.

We ended the session with one of the conclusions shared, on the importance of generating the right ecosystem in which people can express themselves without fear, based on individual differences, in order to develop their full potential.

La semana pasada tuvimos la ocasión de poner en práctica la esencia de la Inteligencia Colectiva en la Mesa Redonda que compartimos con, Raquel Gavilán (Business Transformation Expert en Talan), María José Fonseca (Business Transformation Coach en Talan), María Alvarez de Linera (Dir. de Talento Cultura y Organización en ISDI), Dinorah Hurtado (Agile Coach en Endesa), y Edgardo Alifano (Dir. Internal Audit en Arigold). 

¡Muchísimas gracias a speakers y participantes por cocrear y compartir esta fantástica experiencia!

Empezamos la sesión con la aportación de Dinorah Hurtado que nos hizo reflexionar sobre el impacto de la diversidad en el Ecosistema Organizacional y como:

“Es la diferencia y no la coincidencia, la que nos enfrenta a situaciones que nos retan y nos impulsan a construir algo mejor”, 

Seguimos avanzando y Maria Alvarez de Linera y Edgardo Alifano, hacían mención respectivamente a conceptos como la competencia de #Learnability y #Psycologicalsa-fety, como palancas fundamentales en las organizaciones que mejor se adaptan al cambio.

Algo que unido a la Inteligencia Artificial y potenciar las oportunidades laborales globales, seguirán siendo piezas fundamentales para posicionarse en un entorno en cambio constante.

Finalizamos la sesión con una de las conclusiones compartidas, sobre la importancia de generar el ecosistema adecuado en el que las personas puedan expresarse sin miedo, desde las diferencias individuales para poder desarrollar al máximo su potencial.
